Abundant Enterprise is a minority and women-owned organization that optimizes and facilitates the recovery process for our clients through prompt initiation, seamless coordination, continuous monitoring and management of HCBS-AMH services. We recognize that the individuals we serve have moved or are moving from institutional settings like long-term psychiatric facilities, jails, hospitals and emergency rooms. We ensure all clients receive uniquely personalized care to improve their lives and promote successful reintegration into their chosen communities.

Our approach is to utilize the Person-Centered Recovery Plan (PCRP) in a collaborative process facilitated by our Recovery Manager (RM) and directed by our clients, to create the Individual Recovery Plan (IRP). PCRP uses a recovery orientation and team approach that includes the individual, formal supports, and natural supports to optimize the individual’s recovery, attain recover goals, ensure that the individual directs the process to the maximum extent possible, and is enabled to make informed choices and decisions.
